These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through www.siaarnika.com.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products
Every effort is made to present products as accurately as possible. Due to differences in screen settings, colours may vary slightly.
As many garments are produced in limited quantities or handmade, minor variations may occur.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in EUR.
Applicable taxes are included where required by law.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Orders
An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation by email.
SIA ARNIKA reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including pricing errors, suspected fraud or product unavailability.
5. Payment
Payment is securely processed through the payment providers available at checkout.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully authorised.
6. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and cannot be guaranteed.
SIA ARNIKA is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, courier services, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
8. Faulty Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact shop@siaarnika.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the issue.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photographs, graphics, text, logos and designs, is the property of SIA ARNIKA and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIA ARNIKA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchased products.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact info@siaarnika.com with your order number.
Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging included.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, within 10 days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
